Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Cleansora AI Cleaner (the "App") operated by Chris Douglas ("Service Provider", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms and by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):

Subscriptions & Billing

The App offers optional paid subscriptions. Payments are processed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple account will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple account: App Store → Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Refunds

All billing and refunds are handled by Apple. We do not have access to payment data and cannot issue refunds. Refund requests can be made at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

Use & Security

You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Use on jailbroken, rooted, or modified devices is prohibited and may result in loss of functionality.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and designs belong to the Service Provider. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
